Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Eboddington Bijoux. These are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.

Shipping and processing times

We process all orders within three business days after the order is placed. Notification of processing and shipping will be given separately for bulk orders. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.

In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility when making your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Domestic shipping costs and estimates

We currently only ship parcels within mainland France. For orders of €45,00 and over we are happy to offer free domestic shipping. With standard free domestic shipping, products are expected to arrive within seven days of placing your order, though sometimes we experience delays.

Standard shipping costs, (packaging and postage) per individual item are €4.25.

For bulk orders please contact us directly to confirm shipping costs and any applicable discounts.

How can I track my order status?

You will receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up. You can track your order once it has been dispatched using the carrier's tracking number and website.

If for some reason you haven’t received your order within 14 business days, please contact eboddington105@gmail.com. We will look into it for you.

Returns and refunds policy

Returned items must be returned in the original packaging, unsealed and in brand-new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
